How can I find out more about joining?
Freemasonry means different things to each of those who join. For some, it’s about making new friends and acquaintances. For others it’s about being able to make a contribution to family and society. But for most, it is an enjoyable hobby. Working out at about £9.00 a month!
You have to be male, aged 21 or over and be of good character (which means not having any criminal convictions). You must also believe in a Supreme Being, but Freemasonry is not a religion; men from a variety of faiths belong.
We always advise that you first talk to a family member, friend or colleague whom you already know to be a member. They will be able to explain to you about the Seahouses fraternity and help you take the first steps.
Contact the Lodge and we will set up a meeting so you can discover more about us. You can phone on 07952 739789 too!
